Mrauk U and Kalaw

Friends and families of our boatcrew at the jetty
Mrauk U is a village right in the middle of an ancient city. Most buildings are not or only in parts restored. The school View over the village from one of the hills. It was right after the monsoon and everything was green.
Part of the ancient city was restored and turned into an archaeological park. No vendors or other tourists here. Only on the second day of my visit I met the attendant who collected the entrance fees.
