45 minutes later on the STOL(=Short Take Off and Landing)-airfield of Jomsom. We made a short stop in a teahouse, were we met several people waiting for a flight back to Pokhara. Our flight had been the first for a couple of days because of bad weather and too much wind.
Then we started our walk to Muktinath which was rather uncomfortable for the first part in the valley. The winds were very strong and the air was full of dust. |
